The OTTY mattress is compromised of a five-layer design that includes both springs and foam, making the OTTY a hybrid bed. Beds with the inclusion of springs, get more bounce and a more traditional mattress feel, and they are usually more expensive compared to all-foam beds because of the addition springs.
